The Third Annual International Youth Leadership Conference at Apeadu Peace Center formalized the APATAFO PEACEBUILDER PROGRAM.  Seventy youth activists from many countries, including Australia, Pakistan, Israel, Liberia, Togo, and Nigeria, came to learn leadership skills for developing a culture of peace through nonviolence and conflict transformation.  Unified in the desire to understand and find solutions to problems confronting humanity, they worked with adult representatives of sponsoring organizations to co-create a foundation for extended effective peace-building.  The Apatafo Peacebuilder Manual is a record of their work here --a blue-print of a viable foundation for building peace around the world.
