Building a Foundation for PYALARA Peace
Academy
This is a first step in the efforts
of Children-of-the-Earth and Vermont Peace Academy to
support The Palestinian Youth Association for Leadership
and Rights Activation. PYALARA is a
youth-oriented and youth-run NGO that was initiated in 1999 as
part of an effort to provide a sense of purpose and hope for
young Palestinians. Nina Meyerhof and Peter Viol visit
the Holy Land on behalf of the organization to investigate
possibilities for establishing PYALARA
